DiManna Law office hours are generally from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Other after-hours or Saturday appointment times are available by appointment.
The office is also closed for federal holidays.
We make every attempt to return your call as soon as possible and preferably, within 24 hours. However, given court, office, and work schedules, sometimes it is impossible to return all messages within 24 hours. When leaving a message please indicate whether it is a time sensitive matter or not so we can make every effort to return your call as quickly as possible.
There are occasions when the attorneys must be in court for an emergency hearing or receive a last minute hearing notice. Although this is rare, we ask you have patience should we need to reschedule your appointment in those circumstances. Please leave your home, work, and cellular telephone in case we need to contact you or an appointment must be changed.
Depending on the type of case, the fee will be hourly, task based, or flat fee.
