During this meeting, you present your specific legal issues. No legal advice is given at this
 initial consultation as the purpose of the meeting is to determine whether you as a
potential client, and me as the potential attorney are comfortable with each other.
 It is important for you to feel comfortable with me as your attorney and my philosophy
on handling your case as we will need a positive and strong working relationship in
order to collabortively work towards your goals in the case. 

 

If you would like to hire me to assist you with your legal needs, the initial retainer deposit is paid at the
end of this initial visit, and a fee agreement that details the services I am providing is signed. 
My office does accept both MasterCard and Visa as a payment option.

If you would like to schedule an initial consultation where legal advice is given to you, the hourly
rate will apply for this type of consultation.
